Privacy and Data Collection Policy

Our commitment to privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we respect the trust you put in us to get your order to you. As people who regularly toss out junk mail and wonder who signed us up for it, we promise to be transparent about what happens to the data you provide us. This policy describes our commitment to treat information belonging to customers, employees, and others involved in our business with the same care we use for our own information. This policy ensures that we gather, handle, store, and use data fairly and transparently.

Whose data does this policy protect?

Anyone who provides information to us is protected by this policy. This includes customers, employees, suppliers, and others working on our behalf who may need occasional access to data, such as the company hosting our email servers or website, companies processing payment information, or the postal service we use to ship your products to you.

What data do we collect?

We have to gather information in order to carry out many of our operations. Some is for our own purposes, and some information we are legally required to collect. This information includes any offline or online data that makes someone identifiable, including names, mailing addresses, usernames, passwords, digital footprints such as IP addresses, photographs, and financial data. You’ll know when we are collecting information, because we ask you to provide it. The one exception to this is your IP address, which we collect when you sign up for our email list in accordance with anti-spam laws. We do not use this information for anything other than conducting operations or maintaining legal compliance.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

What we do with the data we collect

The data we collect will be collected fairly and for legal or operational purposes only. (We can’t mail your products if we don’t know where to send them, for example.) We collect and store data safely and fairly. Your data will not be communicated for purposes other than those stated, sold to third parties, or communicated to third parties that do not have adequate data protection policies. Except where required by law, such as legitimate requests from law enforcement authorities, the data you provide to us will not be distributed to any party other than those agreed upon by you when the data is provided. You may also request that we correct, modify, erase, or reduce data we have previously collected.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

To request a change or update to your collected data, please email us at with the subject line “DATA UPDATE” so we can manage your request as soon as possible.
